FiliTalent is a curated talent marketplace that helps businesses discover, review, and connect with Filipino remote professionals.

FiliTalent may provide features such as talent profiles, job posts, matching tools, shortlists, messaging, profile discovery, and other related services.

FiliTalent is not the employer of any talent listed on the platform. FiliTalent does not guarantee employment, hiring, income, candidate performance, job performance, or business outcomes.

Any work arrangement, contract, payment, employment relationship, or service agreement between a hirer and a talent is the sole responsibility of those parties unless FiliTalent expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

You may use FiliTalent if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

By using FiliTalent, you confirm that:

The information you provide is accurate and not misleading. You will use the platform only for lawful purposes. You will not misuse the platform, its users, or its data. You will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

FiliTalent may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to any user at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been breached.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You are also responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to: Create fake accounts. Impersonate another person or business. Share your account with unauthorized users. Use another person's account without permission. Provide false or misleading information.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@filitalent.com.

Talent users may submit information including name, avatar or profile photo, role, skills, work experience, tools, availability, rates, English level, intro video, portfolio links, and other profile details.

By submitting a talent profile, you confirm that: The information you provide is accurate and truthful. You have the right to share any content, image, video, or portfolio you upload. You consent to FiliTalent displaying your profile to potential hirers. You understand that your profile may be reviewed, edited, approved, hidden, or removed by FiliTalent.

FiliTalent may reject, hide, edit, or remove any talent profile if we believe it is inaccurate, inappropriate, misleading, incomplete, low quality, or in breach of these Terms.

Talent users may request to edit, hide, or delete their profile by contacting FiliTalent.

Hirers may use FiliTalent to browse talent, submit hiring needs, post jobs, request introductions, receive shortlists, and contact potential candidates.

By using FiliTalent as a hirer, you agree that: You are responsible for your own hiring decisions. You will treat talent professionally and respectfully. You will not request unlawful, abusive, misleading, or exploitative work. You will not use FiliTalent to collect personal data for spam, scams, or unauthorized marketing. You will not misrepresent your business, job opportunity, pay, or hiring intentions.

FiliTalent does not guarantee that any talent will respond, accept an offer, attend an interview, or perform work to your expectations.

FiliTalent is a platform that connects independent talent and businesses.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement: FiliTalent is not the employer of any talent. FiliTalent is not the agent, manager, or legal representative of any user. FiliTalent does not control how talent performs work. FiliTalent does not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, or outcome of any work arrangement. FiliTalent does not process overseas employment deployment documents or act as an overseas employment agency.

Any contract, employment arrangement, independent contractor agreement, payment arrangement, tax obligation, or legal compliance requirement between hirer and talent is solely between those parties.

FiliTalent may provide curated matches, recommendations, shortlists, or search results based on information provided by users.

Matches and recommendations are suggestions only. They are not guarantees of skill, suitability, performance, reliability, availability, or hiring success.

Hirers should conduct their own interviews, checks, tests, and due diligence before hiring any talent.

FiliTalent may use automation or AI-assisted tools to help organize profiles, recommend talent, rank search results, summarize information, or support matching.

AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or imperfect. FiliTalent does not guarantee that AI-assisted matches or recommendations will be correct or suitable.

Final hiring decisions are made by hirers, not by FiliTalent's automated systems.

Users are responsible for reviewing information carefully before relying on it.

Some FiliTalent features may be free. Other features may require a paid subscription or one-time payment.

Paid plans may include features such as additional job posts, access to curated talent, messaging, intro requests, shortlists, or premium visibility.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown at the time of purchase.

Unless stated otherwise: Subscription fees are billed in advance. Subscriptions may renew automatically. You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by FiliTalent. FiliTalent may change pricing or plan features with notice.

If payment fails, FiliTalent may suspend, downgrade, or restrict your account.

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process shown on the platform or by contacting hello@filitalent.com.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for fees already paid.

FiliTalent does not guarantee that use of the platform will result in a successful hire, job offer, interview, income, or business result.

Refunds may be considered at FiliTalent's discretion, but are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law.

Users may submit content including profile information, job posts, messages, photos, videos, portfolio links, company descriptions, reviews, and other materials.

You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it to FiliTalent, you grant FiliTalent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, store, and process the content for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and providing the platform.

You agree not to submit content that is: False or misleading. Offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing. Infringing on someone else's rights. Illegal or harmful. Sexually explicit or exploitative. Spam, scam, or fraudulent. Designed to impersonate another person or business.

FiliTalent may remove any content at any time.

You agree not to: Use FiliTalent for illegal purposes. Post fake jobs or fake profiles. Harass, threaten, or abuse other users. Discriminate based on protected characteristics. Request unpaid work in an exploitative manner. Request sensitive personal documents without a lawful and legitimate reason. Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the platform. Bypass platform rules, limits, subscriptions, or payment systems. Upload malware, spam, or harmful code. Reverse engineer or interfere with the platform. Use FiliTalent to promote scams, fake reviews, fraud, or deceptive activity. Sell, rent, or share access to your account.

FiliTalent may suspend or terminate users who violate these rules.

Hirers must ensure that job posts are lawful, accurate, and professional.

Job posts must not include: Illegal work. Adult or sexual services. Fraudulent business opportunities. Misleading compensation. Training fee scams. Unreasonable unpaid trial work. Discriminatory requirements. Requests to impersonate others. Requests to create fake reviews, fake engagement, spam, or deceptive content. Requests that violate the rules of another platform.

FiliTalent may reject or remove any job post at our discretion.

Your use of FiliTalent is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information.

By using FiliTalent, you agree that we may process your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

FiliTalent may use third-party tools and services for hosting, analytics, payments, email, messaging, database management, automation, AI, and other platform operations.

We are not responsible for the actions, availability, content, or policies of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

FiliTalent aims to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, bugs, errors, data loss, third-party failures, or service interruptions.

FiliTalent, including its name, logo, branding, design, software, content, graphics, and platform features, belongs to FiliTalent or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of FiliTalent without written permission.

Users may not use the FiliTalent name, logo, or branding in a misleading way or in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

FiliTalent provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee: That you will find a job. That you will hire talent. That a talent will perform successfully. That a hirer will offer work. That profile information is always accurate. That matches or recommendations will be suitable. That the platform will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Users are responsible for their own decisions and agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiliTalent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, loss of opportunity, reputational harm, or disputes between users.

FiliTalent's total liability for any claim relating to the platform will not exceed the amount paid by you to FiliTalent in the three months before the claim arose, or £100, whichever is higher.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FiliTalent, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the platform. Your breach of these Terms. Your content. Your job post or talent profile. Your agreement or dispute with another user. Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

FiliTalent may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if: You breach these Terms. You provide false or misleading information. You misuse the platform. You fail to pay required fees. Your conduct may harm FiliTalent or other users. We are required to do so by law.

You may stop using FiliTalent at any time.

Termination does not remove obligations that already existed before termination, including payment obligations, liability, and restrictions on misuse of platform content.

FiliTalent may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify users by email, platform notice, or by updating the effective date above.

Your continued use of FiliTalent after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer or local laws provide otherwise.
